A steady, personalized space for emotional, spiritual, and relational healing.

You don’t have to know exactly what you need to begin.

This is a space where you are met as you are—without pressure to perform, explain everything perfectly, or have it all figured out. Together, we move at the pace of dignity, allowing what is present to unfold with care.

In these one-to-one sessions, I walk alongside you as a steady presence—supporting you as you navigate grief, life transitions, inner conflict, or experiences that feel difficult to hold alone.

While many forms of support are woven throughout my work, individual sessions are a distinct doorway.

This is a space intentionally created for you—where your story, your pace, and your inner world are held with focused attention and care.

This is a space for meaning-making—for gently exploring the questions that arise at life’s thresholds.

  • Support during major life transitions

  • Meaning-making, exploring life’s deeper questions, and processing intense or life-altering experiences

  • Reconnection with hidden or exiled parts of yourself

How We May Work Together

Each session is shaped collaboratively, based on what feels most supportive to you in the moment.

Modalities may include:

  • Caring, grounded conversation

  • Reiki (offered with consent, when appropriate)

  • Guided shamanic journey work

  • Personalized ritual or ceremony

Rather than following a fixed method, the work is responsive—guided by presence, intuition, and your expressed needs.

Sessions are collaborative, paced with care, and grounded in contemplative spiritual care and trauma-informed practice.

You are not rushed.
You are not analyzed or “fixed.”
You are met.

From that place, healing can begin to emerge—not through force, but through being witnessed with steadiness and respect.
